ADMIN Staff (1)
Job Summary
The Administrative Staff provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The role involves managing office records, assisting clients or students, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and supporting daily organizational activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
o Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
o Prepare and process office correspondence, reports, and forms.
o Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and letters).
2. Client/Student Assistance
o Assist clients, students, or visitors with inquiries and registration processes.
o Provide information about programs, services, or company policies.
o Maintain client or student databases.
3. Scheduling and Coordination
o Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
o Assist in organizing events, seminars, trainings, or review classes.
o Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
4. Records and Documentation
o Maintain accurate records and files (physical and digital).
o Prepare reports, attendance sheets, enrollment lists, or financial documentation when required.
5. Financial Support Tasks
o Assist in receiving payments and issuing official receipts if assigned.
o Record transactions and coordinate with accounting staff.
6. General Administrative Support
o Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
o Support management in administrative tasks as needed.
o Ensure office confidentiality and proper handling of documents.

Job Qualifications
1. Education
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience
o At least 1 year of administrative or office work experience is preferred.
o Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may also apply.
3. Skills and Competencies
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
o Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
o Customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Personal Attributes
o Detail-oriented and highly organized.
o Professional and courteous in dealing with clients or students.
o Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
o High level of integrity and confidentiality.
o Honest and can work under pressure.
5. Other Requirements
o Willing to work on flexible schedules if needed (especially during events or review sessions).
o Ability to work in a team environment.
