Our unit is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a home-like atmosphere for every guest. Perfect vacation available on short term basis (weekly or monthly rental). Vacation Rental Rates:
Booking terms and conditions:

RENTAL FEE: (Maximum of 4-5 persons)
Weekly rental: US$200
Monthly rental: US$660

SECURITY BOND :
Weekly rental: US$50
Monthly rental: US$100

nce prior to letting
*The security bond is fully refundable on departure after property inspection. In case of any damages these will be deducted from the security bond. RESERVATION FEE: US$50
*A reservation fee is required in order to secure the bookings payable on reservation, this is deductable from rental.
*The balance for Weekly or Monthly rental must be paid on or before the arrival date.
*The reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking. We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Western Union. On payment, we will forward the receipt with your booking confirmation details. ARRIVAL AND KEY PICK UP:
We need notification by email or by phone of your intended arrival time so we can inform the security and the assistant. The assistant will be at the unit on your arrival and to assist you with any enquiries during your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside and we regret that pets and animals are not allowed. We promise you a relaxed and very comfortable stay.
