* LWPC do not give rebates to buyers without broker/agent. This provision will be implemented stricly by LWPC.

* LWPC has no in-house agents.

*LWPC will not entertain any request for alteration or deletion of unit fixtures.

* LWPC reserves the right to withdraw at anytime the authorization to sell PARTHENON from any broker.

* LWPC reserves the right to refuse a purchase from any individual or corporation which it deems not acceptable.

* LWPC reserves the right to adjust prices, terms and conditions of PARTHENON without prior notice.

PARTHENON RESIDENCES BLOCKING OR HOLDING OF UNIT:

* Reservation fee of P 30,000 must be paid prior to blocking or holding of unit.

* LWPC will not accept postdated checks as payment for reservation fees.

BUYER'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

*Upon payment of the reservation fee / equity, the buyer acknowledges in the RESERVATION AGREEMENT the names of the broker or brokers responsible for the said sale. * Reservation fee is PhP 30,000 (non-refundable & non-transferable).

* Maximum In-House financing is PhP 1,000,000.

* Remaining balance shall be the equity to be paid in thirty-six (36) monthly installment without interest.

* The in-house financing period is 3 years up to a maximum of 5 years at 10% per annum (straight / non-declining).

* The monthly amortization shall be covered with postdated checks.

* Buyers availing of in-house financing are required to secure a mortgage redemption insurance from reputable insurance company.

* LWPC will conduct a credit investigation on the buyer prior to the approval of in-house financing. A credit investigation fee of PhP 1,500 will be charged to buyers.

* If buyers opts to pay total equity at one time, a discount of 5% of equity paid will be given.
