Cebu Exchange is Arthaland’s first foray in the Visayas and Mindanao market. The 8-billion Grade-A office development is designed to address the IT and business management (IT-BPM) industry and homegrown medium sized enterprises’ growing demand for quality space.
Cebu Exchange will rise at a prime property along Salinas Drive, at the Cebu IT Park area, in Cebu’s Lahug district.
To be built on more than 8,000 square meter prime property, Cebu Exchange will be the largest and the tallest IT-BPM business ecosystem at the Cebu IT Park area. The 39-storey office building will house four floors of complementary retail outlets and 30 large-cut flexible office floors.
Cebu Exchange is VisMin’s first and only office development to be on target to achieve dual green building certification under the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) certification programs.
