Hello, these are our all-in rates

Including: Rent, electricity, water& wifi
Quad Room (4 pax) - 3,000/pax
Double Room (2 pax) - 5,000/pax

For reservations:
1 month deposit + 1 month advance (refundable upon moving out)

-minimum 3 months stay
-own bed with foam, cabinet locker, table/chair

-fan rooms only
