‎If you have ₱4,900 today… what would you do with it?
‎Save it in the bank?
‎Or invest it in real estate?

‎Let’s look at a simple example.

‎₱4,900 x 48 months = 300K.

‎If you keep ₱300,000 in the bank, the average savings interest rate is only around 0.125% per year.

‎After 4 years, your money becomes about:

‎➡️ ₱301,500

‎But here’s the problem.

‎Because of inflation (around 3% per year), the real buying power of your money actually drops.

‎Meaning in 4 years, that ₱300,000 will only have the value of around ₱266,000 today.

‎So even if the number increased a little in the bank,
‎your money actually lost around ₱33,000 in value.

‎⸻

‎Now compare that to real estate.

‎A ₱3.6M condo today that grows at a conservative 10% per year could be worth around:

‎➡️ ₱5.2M in 4 years

‎That’s roughly ₱1.6M increase in value.
