Former Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis "Chavit" Singson has offered a P100,000 reward to the MMDA traffic enforcers who apprehended his convoy, which used the EDSA Busway on Monday.
“Humihingi ako ng paumanhin sa MMDA,” Singson said in a phone interview with GMA Integrated News.
“Pinapahanap ko na si (MMDA) Chairman Roman Artes. Magpapadala ako ng P100,000 premyo sa mga nanghuli para ma-encourage sila na manghuli," Singson said.
"Wala dapat above the law,” he added.
Singson was on board the lead vehicle when they were flagged down on EDSA-Cubao.
