Reminder: JB RESIDENCES will never ask anyone to place a downpayment/reservation via GCASH, MAYA and bank transfers without personally visiting our units for lease.

JB residences will never ask for an advance payment lalo pag di niyo pa nakikita ang mga units for rent. Please be careful sa mga nag addvertise ng nga apartments, room for rent etc lalo sa facebook. May mga masasamang loob po na gumagamit din ng stock photos po namin.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS‼️‼️‼️

Madami na po akong nababasa na cases kung saan nag downpayment na yung mga "tenants" sa rerentahan nila pero di pa nakita yung actual place. Be careful lalo po sa mga students. Check niyo kung legit ba yung place na for rent and I highly suggest na i-visit niyo muna yung place at humingi ng official receipt ng lahat ng payments niyo with them.
