WCPD personnel of Police Station 5 under the supervision of PCPT RUBEN C BALANOY, Officer-In-Charge, Station Commander and with the guidance of PCOL ARNOLD P SOLOMON, City Director, Dagupan City Police Office conducted Distribution of leaflets at Brgy. Carael, Dagupan City, Pangasinan regarding on Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) of the government to Local Communist, Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness (CATA), Knowing the Enemy (KTE), PAGs, and Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC). Further, they were advised to stay vigilant and report any suspicious-looking individuals within their compound and encouraged them to help and support all the Programs of the PNP particularly on Anti-Terrorism, Anti- Illegal Drugs and other Anti-Criminality Campaigns.

WCPD Personnel of Police Station 5 led by PCPT RUBEN C BALANOY, Officer-In-Charge, Station Commander participated the Barangay assembly led by Hon. Nestor Y Victorio. It was also attended by the Brgy. Councils, SK officials, BPATs, BHWs, Senior Citizens, other organizations, and residents of the Barangay. Afterwards discussed re Anti-terrorism Campaign, Anti-bullying, Anti-illegal Drugs Campaign, R.A 11313(Bawal Bastos Law), R.A 7610 and VAWC. WCPD Personnel of Police Station 5 participated the Symposium in relation to Women’s Month celebration with the theme “OPLAN BFF: Be Heard, Feel Heard and Find Hope”. The activity was led by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Carael and in partnership with Local Government Unit of Dagupan and Carael National High School.

Personnel of Police Station 5 under the supervision of PCPT RUBEN C BALANOY, Officer-In-Charge, Station Commander, and with the guidance of PCOL ARNOLD P SOLOMON, City Director, Dagupan City Police Office, conducted Barangay Visitation and coordination at Brgy Carael Dagupan City, Pangasinan re RA 10627 also known as "Anti Bullying Act" , Juvenile Justice & Welfare Act and Online Sexual Exploitation of Children and Child protection and the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment, R.A 11313 (Anti-Bastos Law), Anti- Violence Against Women and Children, R.A 10175 Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, Anti- Terrorism and Anti-Illegal Drug Awareness & its ill effects to the user. Furthermore, maintenance of peace and order was discussed to encourage discipline, cooperation, and respect for authority in the community.

In celebration of the National Women’s Month, Police Station 5 conducted a Feeding Program for the children in the community as part of its continuing commitment to community service and outreach. The activity aims to promote compassion, care, and support for the younger members of the community while highlighting the nurturing and empowering role of women in nation-building.

The activity was conducted led by PCPT RUBEN C BALANOY, OIC, Station Commander and in partnership with Barangay Officials of Carael led by Punong Barangay Luzviminda Velasquez whose support and cooperation greatly contributed to the success of the program. Through this initiative, meals were shared and smiles were created, reminding everyone that even simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Truly, empowered women empower communities and help build a brighter future for the next generation.
