📄 Documentation & Permits: Knowledgeable in government/legal documents, business permits, and construction/building permits.

🛠️ Operations & Maintenance: Experience in construction (purchasing, orders, payment processing) and basic repairs/maintenance.

💳 Payment Handling: Familiar with paying utility bills, amortization, HOA dues, Meralco, Water District, Pag-IBIG, and bank processes.

🚗 Mobility: Must have a motorcycle, know how to drive, and hold a valid LTO License.

🤝 Qualifications: Male, 30–45 years old, with good character, willingness to learn, and strong ability to listen and follow instructions.
