This is a four bedroom, three bathroom, 1 car garage home. You will enjoy a peaceful gated neighborhood on a quiet street yet near university, hospitals, shopping and restaurants. Designed as our vacation home whenever we are in the Philippines, guests will find the needed amenities to feel at home (sufficient air conditioning and ceiling fans, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, fast wi-fi, comfortable furniture). The open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area provides plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker along with plenty of pans, plates and utensils). The living room includes recliners and cable TV. One bedroom is downstairs, and three are upstairs along with an upper level living area that provides a quiet nook for conversation or to watch TV via streaming. Patios and balconies on the front and back provide extra room to relax. Find peace and comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I’m looking for a tax preparer in the Philippines. I have an airbnb. I have all income and receipts for expenses. I can send in pdf files. How much do you charge for preparing a quarterly and annual income tax return? Please pm me

This is a small business with currently 10 nights occupancy a month but might grow a little bit with maximum of 15 nights a month. We don’t want our property to be overused. It’s also only available for 10 months in a year since my husband and I occupy it for 2 months.
