The foundation of what we all do since Havilah Real Estate Inc. was founded is on GENESIS 2: 8-15.

Our focus is agricultural land that we can plant trees or vegetables with, sell as farm lots, or list very good agricultural land & sell them for agricultural purposes, too.

We also are formulating a Student-Farmer Program as part of our community service.

We do not have an FB Page, nor a LinkedIn account or a website yet. All are under construction. We put more time on developing projects right now.

Introducing the logo of HAVILAH REAL ESTATE INC.‼️ 💖🌍⭐️🙏

We are always thankful for our foundation for this corporation, which you will read on Genesis 2:8-15.

Particularly, "And the Lord God planted a garden of Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed." (Genesis 2:8)

Then, "Out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree..." (Genesis 2:9)

Then, "And a river went out of Eden to water the garden...parted into 4 heads." (Genesis 2:10)

Then, "The name of the first is Pison, that is it which compasseth the whole land of HAVILAH, where there is gold." (Genesis 2:11) [Italics provided].

Then, "And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it." (Genesis 2:15).

May our Havilah will bring glory unto our Creator as we "dress it" & "keep it".

So please help us, Lord. Amen.

Our corporation HAVILAH REAL ESTATE, INC is approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission this month of March 2026.

Thank you to our lawyers, CPA, consultants, incorporators, private stockholders, directors who made this happen, more than 4 months in the making for the SEC requirements & registration.

Praise the Lord, for His daily inspirations as we do this company.

We are transferring selected listings from Felices Realty Estate Management, our sole proprietorship for 5 years & renewed for another 5 years until 2031.

And & or put our new quality listings into Havilah Real Estate Inc.

Our foundation for Havilah Real Estate Inc is found on Genesis 2:8-15. We are blessed to have found the land Havilah on Genesis 2:11.

Our new Havilah website, page & other set-up are still in process. But it is business as usual. Love, always.💖
