Prayer🙏

O Mary of the Barangay, in your help we take our refuge, Holy Mother of God, we offer you and beg you to receive our prayers and our sacrifices on each and every single day of our lives. We entrust in your care all our Christian households. Remember us always, so that salvation will be ours on this day, and so that we will obtain the joy of life everlasting through Christ our Lord. 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐎𝐇𝐎𝐋’𝐒 𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘: On October 15, 2013, at 8:12 a.m., a magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck Bohol and nearby provinces, leaving behind widespread destruction and an enduring mark on the lives of thousands.

Homes crumbled, buildings collapsed, lives were lost, and countless others were forever changed. In a matter of seconds, the province was plunged into darkness and uncertainty.

Thirteen years later, we remember the lives lost, honor the strength of the Boholanos who endured the tragedy, and hold in our prayers the families and communities that continue to heal from its lasting scars.
