ESDEVCO ADVISORY
In line with the recent Order of our City Mayor Sara Duterte to impose restrictions amidst the current situation of Covid-19 and to contain the spread in Davao City, please observe the following protocols:
1. ESDEVCO office will be temporarily closed and adapt the work from home arrangement in serving you from March 26,2020 until further advice by the local government.

2. ESDEVCO will temporarily require that all Monthly payments for condominium and parking units be made directly to our designated bank accounts thru direct deposit, mobile banking and bank to bank transfers.

3. Please ensure to email the verified deposit/transactions slips to [email protected] so that we can completely account for payments made on a timely basis.

4. In support, ESDEVCO waives the imposition of penalties on due dates from March 13 to April 14,2020.

5. For inquiries and concerns for your payments, you may reach us thru our email add and contact numbers for your designated projects:

3. In support, ESDEVCO waives the imposition of penalties on due dates from March 13 to April 14, 2020.

4. For those who wish to do personal transaction payments, ESDEVCO will still be open to accommodate customers from Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 3pm. To ensure everyone’s safety, ESDEVCO is implementing temperature check, social distancing, the use of face mask and hand hygiene as precautionary measures.

These protocols shall be imposed and effective until the Declaration of Community Quarantine by the City of Davao is lifted. We appeal for everyone’s cooperation to be with us in promoting good health and preserving the community from being exposed to the deadly virus.
