This earthquake has made many of us residents and unit owners appreciate how strict our local government is when it comes to building permits and safety standards.

For added reassurance, Inspiria condo was among the condominium buildings that were cleared by the City Engineering Office shortly after the inspections, allowing residents to safely return to their units. Some other buildings are still undergoing assessment and have not yet been cleared.

Everything in the unit is okay, and we’re continuing to monitor any updates from the building administration. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
