The Property Specialist is responsible in selling Anchor Land Condominium projects. Look for prospective clients based on profile of the target market and delivers proper presentation about the project focus, its features and benefits.

Qualifications
*Possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field;
Must be able to converse fluently in English or Filipino;
*Must have Presentation and Demonstration Skills, Prospecting and Closing Skills, Client Management, and Excellent Communication Skills;
*Preferably an accredited salesperson or has obtained at least 12 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar units as required by PRC;
*Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
*Willing to be assigned in Project in Davao City

The Broker Network Manager is responsible to supervise the Brokers Network Department in planning and implementing strategic initiatives in achieving forecasts sales targets as may be set by the management. Broker Network Manager also recruit and develop licensed real estate brokers that will sell and market Anchor Land Condominium projects.

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent;
* With at least 5 years work experience in broker management, sales, marketing in real estate or any relevant field
* Preferably with managerial or supervisory position experience.
* PRC licensed is a plus;
* With impressive track record in selling real estate;
* With excellent oral & written communication skills and presentation skills;
* Assertive, confident, dynamic and results-driven.
