For Banquet and Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in sales, marketing, or banquet/event management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven ability to manage events from concept to ex*****on, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events.
Key Responsibilities:
Banquet Management:
- Oversee all banquet operations, including event planning, setup, ex*****on, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored services, including menu planning, seating arrangements, and event flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams to ensure that all banquet events are executed seamlessly.
- Manage the banquet staff, assigning duties and ensuring proper training and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of banquet supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns during events, ensuring client satisfaction and event success.
- Prepare and maintain records of event performance, client feedback, and banquet operations for future improvement.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Arcadia’s banquet and event services.
- Generate leads and secure new business by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities, to attract new clients and raise brand awareness.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, event packages, and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing efforts, and event outcomes.
- Represent Arcadia at trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and business opportunities.
For Digital Marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-years proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
For Housekeeping Staff
Qualifications:
- At least 1-year of experience in housekeeping.
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Cleaning skills, good communication skills, precision skills and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
- Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor.
- Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
