The tunnel segment of the Davao City Bypass Construction Project (DCBP) is expected to be completed by September 2024. As of this writing, only 300 meters remained to be dug up from both ends of the tunnel.

The DCBP is 45.5-kilometer bypass road from Barangay Sirawan in Toril, Davao City, and ending in Barangay J.P. Laurel in Panabo City.

The overall completion rate as of April 2024 is at 49.43%.
