LOOK | AEON BLEU PHASE 2 IN FULL SWING AS RESO AND LUXURY TOWERS ADVANCE
Construction at Aeon Bleu along Bacaca Road is now in full swing, with Phase 2 moving forward through active foundation works for both the 21-storey luxury residential tower and the 18-storey Aeon Bleu RESO (Residential-Office). The site remains busy as groundwork and structural preparations continue toward the next stage of development.
Phase 1 towers have now entered finishing stages, with window glass installation underway and interior works progressing. These developments signal steady movement toward completion. For Phase 2, initial pile cap pouring has been completed, with foundation works ongoing as both towers prepare for vertical construction. The luxury residential tower will feature upscale units, including premium penthouses, while the RESO tower will offer a hybrid residential-office concept suited for modern urban living.
Also part of this phase is the planned 7-storey lifestyle hub, Club Aeon, which will support the projectโs integrated mixed-use environment. These additions build on the three Phase 1 towers that have already reached topping-off milestones. As construction progresses across both phases, Aeon Bleu continues to shape Davao Cityโs evolving skyline and strengthen its position as a key urban development in Mindanao.
