In line with the recent Order of our City Mayor Sara Duterte to impose restrictions amidst the current situation of Covid-19 and to contain the spread in Davao City, please observe the following protocols:
1. ESDEVCO will encourage that monthly payments for condominium and parking units be made thru direct bank deposit, mobile banking and bank to bank transfers.
2. Please ensure to email the verified deposit slips/transaction slips to [email protected] or you can send also to our facebook account (Matina Enclaves Credit & Collections) so that we can completely account for payments made on a timely basis.
3. In support, ESDEVCO waives the imposition of penalties on due dates from March 13 to April 14, 2020.
4. For those who wish to do personal transaction payments, ESDEVCO will still be open to accommodate customers from Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 3pm. To ensure everyone’s safety, ESDEVCO is implementing temperature check, social distancing, the use of face mask and hand hygiene as precautionary measures.
These protocols shall be imposed and effective until the Declaration of Community Quarantine by the City of Davao is lifted. We appeal for everyone’s cooperation to be with us in promoting good health and preserving the community from being exposed to the deadly virus.
