When we talk about Real Estate Investment, often times, what comes into our mind are house and lot, residential lots, buildings, and agricultural lots. But, what we usually neglect and tend to avoid acquiring because of the the lack of need (sa isip natin), or lack of return of investment, or worst, "tunglo" in biasaya, is the MEMORIAL LOT. We don't feel the need to get one coz we hve a personal lot where we can have our love ones or ourselves in the future be buried. Sometimes we only felt the need by the time n kaylangan n natin because wala tayong mapaglibingan. In which, its very costly na if on the spot and hassle.
these are just few of the reasons why we reject individuals offering us a memorial lot. naiintindihan natin because sino ba sa atin ang nag iisip n mamatay or let our love ones felt being cursed d b? mind you, I was once like that ๐
but don't you know that purchasing earlier on is not just a good preparation and aid to your loveones n maiiwan if ever? and, don't you know that its one of the good investment as well? magkano ba ang kaylangan mong pera to have one? let me tell you... for as low as 40-50 pesos a day, you can have a one memorial lot na. may rreal estate investment k na โบ ito ang investment n abot kaya and can give you as much as 100% profit.
