▪️Responsibilities Will Include:
The job entails the performance of civil engineering and site operations management functions for the planning and actual construction and site development of low-, mid-, and high-end residential subdivisions, as well as commercial buildings;
Depending on the exact role and project assigned, the job may require construction quantitative accomplishment appraising, quality control and audit, project cost estimating, working plan analysis and review, workflow and equipment utilization planning, S-curve plotting, and/or selected property management functions and administrative support;
The job is supervisory and requires leadership ability.
▪️Compensation and Benefits:
Initial salary range of 25,000-50,000, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with periodic salary increases depending on fit and performance; 14th month pay, mid-year bonuses, paid leaves, performance-based incentives and bonuses, medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
