• When will the unit be turned over?
Housing unit will be turned over upon loan take-out and at least 50% of Equity paid.

• Is there an instance where the amortization of equity and loan be simultaneously paid?
Yes. Johndorf will process the loan once the housing unit is completed.
Construction of unit will start after buyer has paid at least 10 months of equity payments.

• Who will be the power provider for Comunale?
Power provider for Comunale is DLPC. This means that homeowners will pay their monthly electric bills directly to DLPC.

• Who will be the water provider for Comunale?
Water provider for Comunale is DCWD. This means that homeowners will pay their monthly water bills directly to DCWD.

• Where can we apply for a housing loan?
Housing loans can be applied with HDMF or the banks where the project is accredited. We do not offer in-house financing.

• Will the project have a set of Deed of Restrictions?
Yes, Comunale Village will have its own set of Deed of Restrictions.

Standard building restrictions are:
• No construction of gate, canopy or trellis at the front yard.
• Perimeter fence is also not allowed at the front yard. Only for the side yard and rear wall.
• Housing unit can only be extended at the service area. Extension is not allowed in front or at the side.
• Carport deck or trellis is allowed.
• Screen door is allowed.
• Window grills are not allowed.
• Steel grills for ACU is allowed.
• Change of exterior color is not allowed.
•o Tiling/paving of front yard is not allowed.
