I just learn this 🇵🇭 real estate real-time figures! And it’s seriously mind blowing!!!
A pre-selling condo in Malate, Metro Manila, was selling at P1.6M about 5 years ago. It’s today selling in the real market at P3.2M before turning over!!!! Do you even understand what this means?
Pre-selling downpayment 40%, monthly about approx P10,666 (S$273) for 60 months at 0% interest. Selling off before turnover, no furnishing, no reno!!! Do you understand these numbers?
After settling any tax, admin, misc fee, you are probably looking at 195% ROI on your capital in 5 years!!! This growth is happening before turnover, can you even imagine what the growth will be like after turnover? Or the matter of fact, your rental opportunities!!!
So why am I sharing so much about 🇵🇭 real estate stories & posts. Because I am on a MISSION! To champaign for my fellow Filipinos’ Riches!!! Especially if you’re OFW!!! I know what it means to be OFW. My special other half is OFW for years!!! You have work hard!!! So hard to be away from home, family, and this life away from home is for a reason BIGGER than your discomfort!!!
If I have any purpose for this post, is that you see the opportunity that is growing in your COUNTRY! 🇵🇭 is really not that bad!!!! The grass is not always greener overseas!!! The “Gold” you are looking for is right in front of your hometown!!! Before the Chinese, Koreans, Russians, foreign investors buy what is already yours in your country, start learning & do SOMETHING about buying yours!!! Your own properties!!!! Notice I use plural!!!
