WHAT IS THIS 👇?

That is a *Millipede* — in Bisaya we call it *Til-as / Tambobo*.

This one looks like a *Giant Black Millipede*.

Not a worm, not a snake:
📌 It has MANY tiny legs underneath (millipede = "thousand feet")
📌 Body is hard, round, black/brown, shiny
📌 Moves slowly, curls up when touched

Is it dangerous?
Not like centipede (Alupihan / Lipan). Millipede doesn't bite. But it can release a brownish liquid that is medyo halang sa skin and smells bad — so don't crush it with bare hands. Just sweep it outside.

Where it comes from:
Usually comes out during rainy season or damp areas — garden, under pots, near the bathroom.

If you see many, means damp ang area. You can sprinkle a little salt or keep the floor dry.

Don't kill it — it's a good decomposer for soil. Just use dustpan and put it back outside in the garden.
