SMS Notifications/ Custom Notification
You may now opt in to get notified thru SMS for any updates on your BPO report; whenever an order gets on-hold, un-hold, notes added, completed, submitted, and photos uploaded, an SMS notification will make sure you keep track of your BPO report and avoid delays. Just go to Settings under your WeValue BPO account, and click on Notifications tab and verify your mobile number. You can choose and mark which notifications you want mailed on your inbox.
Virtual Private IP for ClearCapital
Due to IP restriction announced by ClearCapital recently, we took steps to ensure your account will not be cancelled or put on-hold. Upon processing your orders, the system will ensure that our reporters will be using IP addressess that are based on the location that matches your broker info. For example, 1198 S 3000 W, Aberdeen, Idaho. We will be using an IP from Idaho. Therfore it is recommended to provide accurate broker information to match the subject/address for ClearCapital orders.
In addition, the system will prevent exposure of ClearCapital credentials, thus preventing our BPO specialist from manually logging in to ClearCapital website. It also prompts and ensures our specialists to use IP address that syncs to the I.P origin shown on the newly created order, in such a way preventing compromised and suspended Clear Capital Accounts.
System now supports photo upload up to 10MB
You may now upload photos up to 10MB. This is useful for when uploading high definition and interior photos.
