Inspiria Construction Update:

Pile Integrity Test (PIT) conducted on select Bored Piles last December 6, 2016.

A pile integrity test (also known as low strain dynamic test) is one of the methods for assessing the condition of piles or shafts. Pile integrity testing using low strain tests, is a rapid way of assessing the continuity and integrity of concrete piled foundations.

RESULT: All bored piles tested have satisfactorily passed the test with excellent result.

Note: Inspiria Bored Piling Works (Foundation) was completed as of November 30, 2016.

Inspiria Construction Update:

PDA Test conducted on select Bored Piles using 22 Ton (215.6 kN) drop hammer last September 27-28, 2016.

High strain dynamic testing (PDA) is a method of testing deep foundations to obtain information about their capacity and integrity, and in some cases, to monitor their installation.

RESULT: All bored piles tested have satisfactorily passed the test with 100% integrity.

Note: Inspiria Bored Piling Works (Foundation) was completed as of November 30, 2016.
