Our corporate social responsibility arm, Conrado & Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc., has been actively supporting earthquake-affected communities in Sarangani through distribution of hot meals, drinking water, and essential supplies to affected families and evacuation centers.

As recovery continues, the foundation is calling for support to deliver aid to over 4,000 affected families across Sarangani.

Avia Estate, Alsons Dev’s premier township in SOX, is offering free charging stations for essential devices. 🔌🔋

As power restoration efforts continue across the area, Avia Estate is opening its free charging stations to the public for essential electronic devices. 💙

Community members who need to charge their mobile phones, power banks, laptops, rechargeable fans, emergency lights, and other essential devices are welcome to visit Avia Estate.

Clean and prepared schools help shape brighter futures. ✨

This Brigada Eskwela 2026, from June 1-4, Alsons Dev volunteers worked alongside community partners to help prepare learning spaces for the opening of classes.

In collaboration with Conrado & Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc. (CLAFI) and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Alsons Dev provided volunteer support through cleaning, repainting, and minor repair works, while donating essential supplies to eight public schools in Davao and Sarangani.

Alsons Dev is honored to support Brigada Eskwela and contribute to the collective efforts that help foster safe, welcoming, and conducive environments for learners in the new school year.

Our Davao Offices have resumed normal operations following the completion of the necessary safety inspections and assessments.

Our Gensan Office remains closed while post-earthquake assessments continue. Our Gensan team will be temporarily operating from our Avia Estate Sales Lounge in Alabel, Sarangani, starting June 10.
