To our homeowners

We sincerely apologize mga ka-Bambu 💧
[ ADVISORY ]

First off, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and for taking us so long to mount a social media account to inform the public.

We recognize your need to hear from us aside from the info we share to our roving guards and clubhouse staff.

We will try to be as responsive as we can despite the limitations this Pandemic has given us.

There is a serious electrical problem that we are currently solving with our water system with the help of the Davao Light and Power Company personnel.

Consequently, we are experiencing a water supply interruptions from slow supply to no supply. The usual time of interference is from 7pm-4am but there is also a certain
time in a day that it automatically turns off as part of our observation process. The newly upgraded wirings need an observation

to avoid a much more dangerous outcome should we ignore such electrical glitch.

Rest assured, we are on top of the situation and our team is doing their very best to fix this challenging task. We are almost there.

For the meantime, we seek your understanding and cooperation mga Ka-Bambu!
