Following the recent earthquake in Davao city last October 10, 2025, the Mesatierra Garden Residences ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง and received its Structural Integrity Certification โ the major requirement of the Office of the City Building Official (OCBO) confirming that the building is ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐.
Key updates:
- The building was initially issued a ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ by the OCBO as a precautionary measure.
- After a comprehensive assessment, it has been officially cleared as ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ.
- Continuous evaluations with accredited engineers and the OCBO are being conducted to ensure ongoing safety monitoring.
