DFA - Davao now offers 'red ribbon' starting on June 17, 2019. The first in Mindanao, no need to travel to manila anymore especially for our fellow OFW's.

✔️What is Red Ribbon?

• It's an Authentication Certificate issued by DFA certifying that document tied with red ribbon is authentic, i.e. not fake. The ribbon is obviously noticeable that we have loosely called this type of document, "Red Ribbon"

The DFA Davao Consular Office said that it will start receiving documents, such as PSA Birth Certificates, PSA Marriage Contracts, NBI Clearances, PRC licenses and CHED-certified academic for “red ribbon” on Monday, June 17, 2019. Overseas employers have been requiring their Filipino workers to secure authentication of their documents from DFA.
