Three Ayala companies are included in Fortune's inaugural Southeast Asia 500 rankings: Ayala Corporation, Globe Telecom, and BPI.

Fortune's Southeast Asia 500 is a list of the largest companies in the region, ranked by revenue for the 2023 fiscal year. The inaugural rankings include companies from seven Southeast Asian nations: Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

PRE-SELLING vs RFO

Do you have plans to buy a Condominium but...

What is the better option for you to purchase?

Why are you having a hard time deciding whether to go for PRE-SELLING or RFO?

Why are you still renting when you can opt for rent to own?

Why are you just inquiring when you already have an idea but still hesitant to start?

Why are you only asking questions until now?

These are just some of the reasons why it's so difficult to understand and comprehend whether RFO or PRE-SELLING is the right choice.

1. You want a Ready for Occupancy (RFO) unit (can move in within 1-2 months) but prefer to pay the Downpayment in installments, then PRE-SELLING (under construction, move-in after 4-6 years) is more suitable for you.
2. You prefer a Ready for Occupancy (RFO) unit (can move in within 1-2 months) with a higher downpayment of 10% - 20%, but you don't want to pay a large sum upfront, then PRE-SELLING (under construction, move-in after 4-6 years) with a lower monthly investment of 15k to 20k is the better option.
3. You want a Ready for Occupancy (RFO) unit (can move in within 1-2 months) but desire a unit on a higher floor or a larger lot for a better view, and you can't choose a prime location with RFO, then PRE-SELLING (under construction, move-in after 4-6 years) is the way to go.
4. You want a Ready for Occupancy (RFO) unit but still hesitant to make a reservation. If you had reserved and paid the reservation fee, you could have started living the life you desire.
