Sirs/Mesdames:
Please be informed that our Schedule 8th Annual General Assebmly & Election for ELECTION COMMITTEE will be this coming April 12, 2026, Sunday 9:00 AM, at Hacienda Clubhouse, Hacienda Subdivision, Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City.
This notice is served to all members in good standing at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled date of election. To prevent any failure of election due to absence of quorum, the following is hereby stated:
This serves as a declaration that the recipient of this notice is a member in good standing of the Hacienda Homeowners Association Inc.
We urge all members to declare their intent to participate in the upcoming election, either in person or by proxy. Your participation is crucial for the proper conduct of the election.
Please be advised that the mere receipt of this Notice of Election shall suffice for the purposes of determining the existence of a quorum in the election, regardless of whether the member participates in the election, either in person or by proxy.
Many important matters concerning the association will be discussed and decided during this assembly. Your presence and active participation are highly encouraged and essential.
