Seawind Condominium Davao is declared safe for occupancy by Davao's Bureau of Fire Protection. Please be safe everyone.

Update from Damosa Land Residential Communities Regarding the recent magnitude 7.6 earthquake in Mindanao

Initial inspections at Seawind Condominium have been completed, and the Bureau of Fire Protection has declared the building safe for occupancy. Unit owners have been advised that they may now return to their units.

Meanwhile, at Kahi Estates, Agriya Gardens, and Bridgeport, all employees and workers evacuated calmly and in an orderly manner. No major injuries or structural damage have been reported.

At Ameria, common areas and the building façade have been inspected and found safe. However, homeowners are advised to further inspect their individual properties and report any concerns to Customer Care.

The Damosa Land Emergency Response Team (ERT) is currently conducting thorough and immediate inspections across all Damosa Land developments to ensure the continued safety of our residents, employees, and stakeholders.

We will share further updates as soon as significant developments from the ERT become available.
