FINALLY! A NEW BUSINESS DISTRICT IN THE SOUTH OF DAVAO
The Davao Global Township is a 22-hectare property and a former golf course area located in Matina, south of Davao City.
Cebu Landmasters will be spending Php 10 billion for the phase 1. The company is set to construct buildings with 93,000 square meters in gross floor area for the first phase.The development of a mall, a hotel, more residential towers and offices for business process outsourcing (BPO) companies is scheduled on the second phase.
The last phase will involve the construction of the remaining residential towers and retail spaces.
