TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.To confirm the reservation, 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before departure.
2. For any changes, please inform us within 8 days before the tour schedule.
3. Downpayment is non-refundable.
4. Slots may only be guaranteed once payment has been received.
5. Slots are ALWAYS subject to availability.
6. We accept Bank Transfer (BPI & BDO), Palawan Express, Western Union, Gcash and PayMaya as the mode of payment for efficient payment tracking.
7. For sure reservation please send the list of names of the guests with age and contact number of the lead guest for communication and instructions.
8. If a reservation has been made, please take a picture of your deposit slip/transaction receipt or screenshot if online payment then send it in our FB page or email us for confirmation.
