Following the Magnitude 7.8 Mindanao Earthquake that affected Davao City on June 8, 2026, we want to assure everyone that your safety remains our utmost priority.

A thorough, joint post-earthquake inspection was conducted on June 9, 2026, by the Aeon Towers Engineering Team alongside an independent third-party structural engineering expert, AC PAMA Engineering Consultancy.

Here are the key findings from the assessment:
📍 No Significant Structural Damage: The inspection confirmed that the building’s structural integrity stands firm.
📍 Certified Safe: AC PAMA Engineering Consultancy has officially certified that Aeon Towers remains structurally sound and entirely safe for occupancy.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our residents, tenants, guests, and staff for your calm response, cooperation, and resilience during this event.

In line with this commitment, our property management and engineering teams are currently conducting routine, building-wide walk-throughs. These standard precautionary checks are part of our normal operating procedures to ensure that all structural components, common areas, and utility systems remain in optimal working order.

Aeon Bleu is rapidly taking shape. We have some major construction milestones to share with you today.

Phase 1 is officially in the finishing stages. We are installing glass windows on the final few floors, while interior tile and ceiling works are nearing completion. We are also beginning furniture installation as we actively prepare for the turnover process.

The momentum continues directly into Phase 2. We are just about to complete the foundation structure. Once the foundation is secure, we move straight into the superstructure phase. You will soon see the building rise as we begin structural framing works, which includes building out the columns, beams, slabs, and upper floor construction.

We are making steady progress every single day to bring this vision to life.
