For Yearly basis –Required 1 MONTH ADVANCE and 1 MONTH DEPOSIT is a must. The advance payment will be used on your last month stay and 1 month deposit will be used for the last month's electricity and water consumption and or for any damages in the unit.
Security deposit is 100% refundable at the time of check-out providing that there are no damages and utilities (light & water) have been paid. Damaged, missing items and or unpaid utilities will be deducted from the security deposit and you will receive a refund of the remaining amount.
Identification documents will be required on check in unless provided before.
