Based on MapChecking, a crowd-counting tool used by fact-checkers, around 140,000 supporters of former President Rodrigo Duterte gathered for the global celebration of his 80th birthday as of 7 p.m. on March 28, 2025. The rally is set to commence at midnight on March 29.

Supporters gathered at Freedom Park on Roxas Avenue, where the main performances are being held, and the crowd extended to C.M. Recto Street, Jacinto, San Pedro, and Boulevard.
