Maraming naloloko sa murang design fee at murang building cost. Sa umpisa, magaan pakinggan ang mababang quote pero kapag nagsimula na ang project, doon lumalabas ang kulang sa plano, biglaang additional costs, delays, at minsan, pagkawala mismo ng taong nangako.

Sa construction and building projects, hindi lang presyo ang basehan. Kailangan mong tingnan ang integrity, experience, complete process, at kakayahang tumapos nang maayos.

Ang murang simula pwedeng maging sobrang mahal sa dulo.

Kaya bago ka pumili ng architect, contractor, o design and build team, huwag lang sa mura. Piliin mo ang may malinaw na sistema, may paninindigan, at marunong maghatid ng totoong resulta.
