For the safety and security of our property and you our client. There is a CCTV facing the e entrance door actively monitoring entry points of the unit. It only activates when someone is passing by and it will automatically inactive.

If Netflix asked for update- ask me to activate

Turn on the refrigerator on the left lower power switch
All kitchenware in the unit are microwable

Power switch behind the rice cooker
Drinking water is provided.
Shortage of drinking water, ask us for instructions
🍳Built - in induction cooker and external induction
Turn on first the switch on the right side to activate exhaust fan
Turn ont the main range hood- click also for the light, second icon
Ask me for guidance if you do not know how to use

🫕Cooking pots and kitchenware
All pots are available - do not throw the oil and waste on the sink
Throw the waste at the compost bind
Compost bind is place under the sink cabinet
Wash and dry with kitchen towel after use.
🥧Air Fryer & disposable paper
Use the disposable paper and not the kitchenware to avoid fire accident
🍪 Honesty Store
We have from coffee, cookies, shampoo, toothpaste, sanitary napkin and soap. Price is attached.
FOR YOUR WET CLOTHES, THEIR ARE PLASTICS IN DIFFERENT SIZES - can be found at the plastic container at the Bathroom Cabinet

Do not take the elevator with wet clothes. Take a shower at the pool and change clothes. Seawind admin has the right to cancel your stay for violation if caught.

We will assist your parking slot, therefore inform us in advance

We will send a message asking what time is your check out for coordination purposes with the cleaner and also for the parking availability for the next client
