Come home and make Bambu Collection by NEST Sanctuaries® part of your Christmas story.

A quiet place to rest after the journey.
A comfortable space to gather with the people you missed.

A sanctuary where ordinary moments can become the memories you bring with you when it is time to leave again.
Because after months—or years—away, you deserve more than a holiday.

You deserve to feel at home.

Let the Bambu Collection be part of your homecoming.

Knock, Announce, Wait

A closed guest-room door is a boundary, even when service has been requested.

Before entering:

KNOCK clearly.
ANNOUNCE yourself and your purpose.
WAIT long enough for the guest to respond.
CONFIRM permission before opening the door.

If there is no response, follow the property’s approved access procedure—especially for wellness checks, maintenance, or emergencies. Never assume that silence means immediate permission to enter.

This reflects SHAPE — Heart and Action: genuine care protects both the guest’s comfort and dignity.

Learning takeaway: Respectful hospitality treats every guest-room entry as a request for access—not an automatic right to enter.

Today’s action: Practise your room-entry sequence aloud. Is it clear, courteous, and easy for the guest to understand?
