What Happened Recently (For Transparency)
A day ago, a potential tenant viewed one of our rooms. She confirmed she was ready to rent, gave the deposit without signing the contract, and was handed the keys out of trust.
We reminded her to fill out the lease form and tenant agreement — but she never came back.
Today, she reached out asking for a refund for her own reasons — despite already having the keys, knowing the WiFi password, and the room being considered leased under our policy.
As a reminder to everyone:
📌 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
📌 The room is marked as “LEASED” once the deposit is made
📌 Contracts and forms are required before any move-in or handover
📌 We do not entertain refund requests once keys and access are given.
We follow a strict process for a reason. Here’s the proper flow:
1. Room viewing
2. Filling out the lease contract + tenant rules
3. Payment of 1 month advance or deposit
4. Contract signing
5. Key handover
📌 Do NOT send money or expect keys if you haven’t completed the forms or signed the contract.
📌 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is made, the room is marked as LEASED.
Please don’t come back days later asking for a refund — this is a legit rental business. Respect the process.
