EMERGENCY WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION ANNOUNCEMENT:

Metro Dumaguete Water would like to inform residents of Brgy. Bagacay of an emergency water service interruption, on June 26, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM due to an emergency relocation of temporary 3” HDPE pipe to 3” GI pipe at Banica Bridge, Bagacay.

Customers may experience low pressure to no water supply.

Emergency Water Interruptions are often caused by unforeseen events that require immediate attention to maintain or restore your water supply. We commit to inform you of these emergency interruptions as soon as the situation is identified. These emergencies demand prompt action to mitigate the impact on consumers and ensure the swift restoration of water services.

We recommend storing available water.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Metro Dumaguete Water would like to inform residents of Barangay Junob, Bagacay, Mangnao, and Babajuba of a scheduled water service interruption, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 AM to December 15, 2022 at 6:00 AM to make way for the upgrading of Pumping Station 5 - Junob.

Customers may experience low pressure to no water supply.
