To all buyers na delay ang development ng bahay, lupa or ano mang mga projects na e binenta with a promise of development. You can ask for a refund with interest under PD 957 section 23. Simply write a letter to the developer stating your reason which is the delay make sure your contract states the date of turn over,then sight this law.
