Ocean 101 Beach Resort Restaurant is entering an exciting new chapter in 2027. We pride ourselves on delivering genuine, memorable hospitality experiences and a commitment to exceptional service to our valued guests.
With upcoming developments underway, we are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences to our guests.
We are currently recruiting across multiple positions in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) commencing in 2027. Please read the skills and requirements needed for each role.

FOH
Restaurant Manager
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the restaurant setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
-Proven experience in high-volume restaurant operations
-Proven knowledge and experience in leadership and management skills.
-Experience in staff roster/schedule and shift planning
-Ability to handle customer complaints and service recovery
-Experience in large catering events and private events is highly preferred
-Tech- savy with strong computer skills, including email and other business applications
-An understanding of food safety and establishment operating standards is highly preferred.
-Experience in leading and supervising FOH and BOH
FOH Team Leader
-Strong Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support FOH members
-Multitasking
- Excellent Customer service and Communication skills
Waitstaff/FOH Servers
-Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
-Basic knowledge on food safety and restaurant cleanliness standard
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and the ability to Multitask
- Ability to follow instructions given by Team leader and Manager
-Time management
-Multitasking
Host
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Positive Attitude
BOH (Back Of House)
Sous chef
-Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef
-Strong leadership and management skills
Proven experience with stock control and ordering
-Ability to lead and train cooks
-Knowledge in food preparation, techniques, cooking and presentation
-Proven knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
-Ability to assist the Head Chef in executing menu developments
Cooks
-Previous kitchen experience preferred
-Ability to cook and follow restaurant standard recipes
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management
-Knowledge of food safety standards
-Multitasking
Prep Cooks
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
-Experience in food preparation
-knife skills
-Food handling knowledge for safety and hygiene practices
-Multitasking
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen Hands
-Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential, we are willing to train the right person
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of basic food safety standards
Barista
-Previous Barista experience preferred
Bartender
-Previous Bartending experience preferred
Dishwasher
-No experience needed, we are willing to train the right person
