SVCR (Saints Vincent Christopher Raphael) Review Center has been in existence for 40 years reviewing Education graduates for Licensure Examination for Teachers. SVCR is the BRAINCHILD of the late MADAM BELENDA MONTILLA-CALUGAY. A summa cm laude graduate of Notre Dame of Dadiangas University of two courses. She is also a product of National Defense College (a military school for women during the Martial regime). Ma'am Belen as she was fondly called was a great speaker, an orator, an excellent speech writer and of course an amazing educator. Presently, SVCR's official lecturer is the youngest brother of ma'am Belen, SIR HENRY OLAER MONTILLA. Sir Henry was a consistent valedictorian and a graduate of Master in Adult Education at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. SVCR GOES BEYOND REVIEW SERVICES. REVIEW WITH SVCR.
