We are pleased to inform you that we are now offer "𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼” for all MEGAWORLD ALPHA PROJECTS in Makati, Pampanga and Cavite.
Please refer to below guidelines:
from today, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 with 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟱𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲.
- The MA/DP or subsequent payment may be paid until
𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮.
- Provided complete post-dated checks are submitted to Megaworld Finance within 15 days from date of reservation
- As a requirement, this provision for availing the Reserve Now Pay Next Year Promo shall also be indicated/ attached on the Reservation Agreement form.
If client is able to submit checks within 15 days, then the following may be availed:
• PDC discount may be granted to the client except for terms not requiring PDCs, or terms without monthly amortizations.
• Reservation fee of Php 50,000.00 for condominium and residential lot projects while P100,000.00 for commercial lot projects.
