Here are the promo mechanics:
1. The discount shall be available to the first fifty (50 units) to be reserved in Building 1 of WWA, or when the promo period ends, whichever comes first.
2. The discount shall be applicable to qualified buyers upon the buyer’s booking of the unit.
3. The discount shall be applied by CBDG to the Total Selling Price of the units in the pricelist upon notification by CSG on qualified buyers. Applicable LMF and VAT will thereafter be computed.
4. The discount shall be available for new bookings only. The discounts are not applicable for transfers, recons, rebooking, or other requests from existing buyer accounts.
5. No further discounts shall apply. The highest discount shall apply if the unit is qualified for multiple discounts (e.g., spot cash payment).
6. Promo will run from July 25 to August 24, 2023 only.
