■ Price of All OGC & RFO units as is pa din.
■ N-RFO units and end units NEW PRICE with Increase is effective na. ■Open na yan anytime this week. Waiting na lang sa official Sample computation.
2. Liora Homes Naic
■ Price Increase na effective June 8, 2023
■ All end units/corner units morning sun, fronting open space, amenities - lahat ng may premium strictly thru BANK Financing Only
3. Amaris Homes Dasma Phase 2

■Effective immediately all citipros CLOSING ay Actual na pong mag SIT IN ang Selling Agent at Manager habang nag iinterview ang SOA sa buyer natin para sa ganun ay makapag take down notes tayo sa mga sinasabi ng SOA sa buyer at yung step by step ng closing
■ Until June 30 ay ganyan ang gagawin ng Agent at manager for every buyers interview/closing
■Effecitve July - Agent /Manager na po mismo ang mag iinterview at mag closing sa ating buyer
■This time, ang SOA naman po ang mag SIT IN sa atin habang nag iinterview/closing tau sa buyer to observe if tama ang flow ng interview at tama ang mga sinabi natin sa buyer .
■In cases po na madaming inaassist ang SOA this month, Managers are expected to do the interview na with the buyer and double check na lang ng SOA.
